With over 18 years of experience in software development and quality assurance at Microsoft, Raman Saka has led global teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that empower customers worldwide. His passion for efficiency, innovation, and excellence shapes DevPro Services’ mission to deliver top IT talent and strategic solutions that help businesses thrive.
Raman is also an entrepreneur and investor with a successful real estate business across four U.S. states and more than five years of active stock options trading. Based in Sammamish, Washington, where he has lived for over a decade, Raman combines his deep understanding of technology with strong business acumen to bring both vision and practical value to every endeavor.
Permita Tomar – Co-Founder & COO
Permita Tomar leads operations, delivery, and client engagement at DevPro Services with a focus on efficiency, quality, and measurable outcomes. She brings over a decade of experience in program management, data strategy, and business operations with leadership roles at Crunchbase, Microsoft, and AT&T.
Her expertise in building scalable processes, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring data integrity directly supports business growth. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she ensures DevPro Services delivers exceptional value to clients while building lasting partnerships.
